Support Engineer

The Support Analyst/Engineer candidate will be part of a rapidly growing software company's support desk, working primarily supporting the esXpress Virtual Backup product. Responsibilities include answering customer support queries (phone/web/email), diagnosing customer problems, esXpress and VMware log file analysis, and remote setup and configuration of esXpress software. Participation in rotation-based standby support is required, including some weekend shifts.

Candidate must have strong Linux and VMware experience (ESX 3.x, vSphere), working knowledge of SAN/NAS storage solutions and networking, and strong communication skills. Prior systems administration, Salesforce and esXpress experience are a plus.

Telesales Territory Manager

The Sales Representative is responsible for generating all PHD sales in the assigned US territory. The Sales Engineer is responsible for providing technical assistance to the sales team, specifically correlating customer business and technical needs to company offerings to assist sales in the assigned territory. Responsibilities include working very closely with the sales team as an integral part of the team and providing technical support for the company’s sales cycles.

Director of Product Marketing

The Director of Product Marketing is responsible for planning, marketing team enablement, sales tool creation and communication, sales/marketing collateral content creation, website content creation, and comprehensive product launch planning, coordination and communication.

This position requires close interaction with corporate marketing, sales management, product management, PR, consulting services, tech support and other groups within the company.

Duties include driving quarterly reviews and plans, converting technical positioning into key market messages, coordinating the creation of sales tools and launching products into market.

Developer

Inside Sales Representative

The Sales Representative is responsible for generating all PHD sales in the assigned US and Canada territory. This job requires an aggressive hunter with a burning desire to earn top money by selling esXpress, our award winning Data Protection software, across all market segments. All sales are executed via PHD Channel Partners and require a flawless engagement and support of PHD Channel Partner Community. An ideal candidate is a highly motivated sales professional with excellent prospecting, problem solving, channel partnering, time management, and forecasting skills.
